Seven Steps From Hello to Go-Home Day.
Nothing about this process is automated. Every application is read by us, and a deposit is only ever requested after approval and a specific puppy match.
Step 1 — Fall in Love
Browse our current puppies and upcoming litters and get a feel for the families behind them.
Step 2 — Apply
Complete our puppy application. It takes a few minutes and helps us understand your home.
Step 3 — Let's Talk
We review every application personally and reach out to prospective families.
Step 4 — Approval
Approved applicants may become eligible to reserve an available puppy.
Step 5 — Deposit
A $500 non-refundable deposit reserves the puppy once authorized under our policies. A deposit never implies automatic approval.
Step 6 — Watch Them Grow
Families receive photos, weights and milestones as their puppy develops.
Step 7 — Go-Home Day
Complete the final purchase process and bring the newest Bean home.
About deposits
The deposit is $500 and is non-refundable. It is governed by the Puppy Deposit Agreement, which you receive and acknowledge before any payment is made. Paying a deposit never implies that an application has been approved, and payment is not open to every visitor — it is enabled per family, per puppy, by us.
